A CALL TO DO SOMETHING GREAT!

Why is that when a call for action is requested a person’s true disposition is revealed? You begin to separate the talkers from the doers, and to be frank it's disappointing. How rewarding can life be if the only person you give to is yourself? Scripture says, "What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead."

We have all been called by God to do something great and pay it forward. Bestow to others the wonderful deeds that have been bestowed upon you. For me it has been my strong desire and need to give to others, not only through my deeds of helping the less fortunate but also my desire to uplift, motivate and help restore faith and belief. What is it that God has called you to do and are you truly doing it? Are you all talk and no action or does the sincerity of your heart shine through? Get involved! Start something great or become a part of something great.
