BIOGRAPHY

Mrs. Latonya (Tonya) Tumlin

Latonya is a wife, mother, writer/blogger, and inspirational speaker. Her passion is women’s ministry and helping women discover their unique individual beauty and strength. In 2013 Latonya founded Generations of Perpetual Beauty, LLC. Latonya’s reason for developing this organization manifested because of her strong desire to help women tap into their unique individual beauty and strength. The journey of Latonya’s life has always been one of self-discovery. However, it has been about the struggles she encountered in her younger years that led her to realize the pieces of her life needed to come full circle.

The development of Generations of Perpetual Beauty, LLC allowed Latonya the opportunity to give back to women the very thing she never received, the opportunity to become a part of a sisterhood of women forged in strength that helps build self-reliance. In April of 2016, Latonya stepped out on faith and listened to God’s divine calling by retiring from her job of 10 years at The Coca-Cola Company to truly walk in her calling. During that time Latonya redeveloped her organization into a women’s ministry that she now calls The Divine Affect. The development of this ministry has allowed Latonya the opportunity to, once more, give back to women – this time through the loving grace of God, something else she never received, the opportunity to become a part of a sisterhood of women forged in faith and spiritual growth. Latonya also created The Divine Affect so that she could work closely with women by providing unforgettable experiences aimed at helping them become spiritually grounded. With three years of ministry experience, Latonya is a prayer intercessor, experienced inspirational speaker, and the founder of her own women’s small bible group that she affectionately calls L.A.C.E (Ladies After Christ’s Embodiment). Latonya is also active in mission’s ministry and loves to travel.

Latonya lives her life daily according to the following quote...

“When you are not the same person you use to be, you have no business going back to the same places you use to go.” ~ Priscilla Shirer
